Overnight Oats

I have found that overnight oats are a quick, easy life saver. They take about 5 minutes to prep and make for an easy on the go breakfast. I personally use the rolled oats from Trader Joes and coconut milk but you can choose what works best for you. For my toppings I like to use vanilla greek yogurt along with raspberries and blueberries!


Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Whatever toppings you want!

Directions

Oats

  1. 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  2. 3/4 cup of milk
  3. 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Add toppings and enjoy!
